Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Strategic Virtus Global LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use SwiperNo, which includes:
- the web application at swiperno.com (the "App");
- the SwiperNo browser extension for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (the "Extension");
- the SwiperNo agent interfaces, including the remote MCP server at swiperno.com/mcp and the agent API (the "Agent Interfaces").
Together these are the "Service".
1. Who we are
The data controller for the Service is:

SwiperNo is a professional tool for marketers. Access is by invitation: you need an account created by us, or an invite code we have given you.
2. Summary
- We collect what we need to run your account and the things you choose to save: ads, posts, pages, videos and documents.
- The Extension works only on the pages and actions described in section 5. It does not read your Facebook or Instagram messages, friends, profile or browsing history.
- We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Some content is processed by AI providers to produce transcripts, analyses and copy (section 7).
- You can export or delete your content, and ask us to delete your account (section 10).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Account information
- Email address and password. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never see or store your password in readable form.
- Workspace and role information: the workspace you belong to, your role, the invite code you used, and the date you joined.
- Agent access tokens you create to connect AI agents. We store only a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of each token, never the token itself.
3.2 Content you save or create
- Ads from the Meta Ad Library that you archive or save: the public ad data Meta publishes (advertiser and page name, ad text, images, videos, call to action, landing links, dates, and, where Meta provides it under the EU Digital Services Act, reach, age, gender and country breakdowns, targeting information and payer/beneficiary names).
- Posts, landing pages, VSLs, webinars and other pages you save: the address, the text and structure of the page, screenshots and PDF captures, images and videos found on it.
- Files you upload, such as brand and offer documents (PDF, Markdown, text, CSV, JSON, HTML).
- Your work in the App: brand and offer sheets, tags, stars, notes, projects, campaigns, plans, remixes and versions, your edits, approvals and comments, conversations with the in-app assistant ("Swipy"), and the workspace memory the assistant derives from your feedback (you can view, export and delete it).
- Outputs generated for you: transcripts, analyses, dossiers, embeddings used for search, and AI-written copy.
Ads and pages you save may contain personal data of third parties, such as advertiser names or people appearing in creatives. We process that content on your behalf and only to provide the Service to you.
3.3 Technical and usage information
- Service logs: request time, the address requested, response status, a request identifier, your IP address and browser user agent, kept by our hosting and network providers for security and troubleshooting.
- Job and cost records: which AI tasks were run in your workspace, the model used, token counts and estimated cost, so we can show you costs and apply spending limits.
- Local browser storage: the App and the Extension store your session, preferences (language, view, filters) and recent items in your own browser (localStorage, sessionStorage, chrome.storage.local). This information stays on your device unless it is part of a request you make to the Service.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels or session recording on the Service.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure your account and workspace, and authenticate you;
- store, organize, search and display the content you save;
- download and keep copies of media you save (Meta media links expire within days, so a copy is needed for the Service to work);
- produce transcripts, analyses, search indexes and AI-generated copy that you request or enable;
- show estimated costs, enforce daily spending limits and prevent abuse;
- maintain, debug and improve the reliability and security of the Service;
- communicate with you about your account, invitations, security and important changes;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models, and we do not sell, rent or share your content for advertising.
5. The browser extension
The Extension is the tool you use to collect content into SwiperNo. This section describes exactly what it accesses.
Where it runs automatically
- facebook.com/ads/library (Meta Ad Library): it reads the ad data that the Ad Library page itself loads in your browser, shows a stats bar and filters, and, when you click Save, Archive or Swipe, sends the selected ads to your SwiperNo workspace. Requests to Meta are made from your own browser session, at a human pace.
- facebook.com and instagram.com feeds: it adds a save star to posts. Only when you click the star does it read that post (link, text, images) and look up the matching ad in the Ad Library.
Where it runs only when you ask
- On any other website, the Extension reads the page only when you click Save, use the right-click menu, or open the Video, Hidden, Tech or Pixel tools. Reading all websites requires an optional permission that the Extension requests at that moment, never at install.
What it does not do
- It does not read your Facebook or Instagram messages, friends lists, profile details or account settings.
- It does not record your browsing history or track the sites you visit.
- It sends nothing to us while you are signed out. When you are signed in and browsing the Ad Library, it sends us the public Ad Library IDs of the ads on screen, so it can show which ones are already in your workspace; ad content is sent only when you save, archive or swipe.
- It does not sell or transfer data to third parties, other than the service providers in section 7 that are needed to run the Service.
Storage and connections
- Your SwiperNo session token is stored in chrome.storage.local on your device (never synced to other devices).
- The Extension connects only to swiperno.com and to our authentication provider (Supabase), plus Meta's own pages where you use it. Its interface loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are fetched.
- Videos you choose to download are saved to your computer through your browser's downloads.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use. Data collected by the Extension is used only to provide and improve the Extension's single purpose (saving and analyzing ads and marketing pages in your SwiperNo swipe file). It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending, and not read by humans except with your consent, for security or abuse investigations, or where required by law.
6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide the Service you signed up for, including storing and processing the content you save and the AI features you use;
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to secure the Service, prevent abuse, keep logs, measure costs and improve reliability, balanced against your rights;
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we must keep or disclose information by law;
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where we ask for it, for example the Extension's optional permission to read a website; you can withdraw it at any time in your browser settings.
For third-party personal data contained in public ads and pages you save, we process it to provide the Service to you, on the basis of legitimate interests in competitive and market research using publicly available advertising information. You are responsible for using that content lawfully, including under Meta's terms.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase, Inc. | Authentication and database | Account data, workspace content and records |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Application hosting (Frankfurt, Germany region) | All data processed by the App while it runs |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Domain, DNS and network delivery; file storage (R2, EU jurisdiction) | Network requests; saved media, captures and documents |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | AI analysis, copy generation and search embeddings | Content you send for analysis or generation |
| Groq, Inc. | Speech-to-text transcription of videos | Audio of videos you save |
| TypeSafe and OpenRouter | Automatic ad classification, when enabled | Ad text and related metadata |
| Google LLC | Web fonts for the App and Extension interface | Your IP address and browser information when fonts load |
AI providers receive only what is needed for the task you requested. Under their API terms in effect when this policy was written, data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models by default.
We may also disclose information:
- if required by law, court order or a valid request from public authorities;
- to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or the Service;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you;
- with your direction or consent.
Members of your workspace can see the content of that workspace.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When personal data from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers' data processing terms.
9. How long we keep information
- Account information: as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where we must keep it longer by law.
- Content you save or create: until you delete it or your account is closed.
- Assistant ("Swipy") drafts: deleted after 30 days; conversations idle for 180 days are deleted; approval records are deleted after 400 days.
- Temporary files used while downloading or transcribing media: deleted after processing, and in any case within about one hour.
- Service logs and cost records: for the period needed for security, billing and troubleshooting, usually no more than 12 months.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in backups kept by our providers for a limited period before being overwritten.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
In the App you can delete saved ads, pages and documents, and you can export or erase the workspace memory. To delete your account or exercise any other right, write to support@swiperno.com. We will answer within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
Extension: you can revoke the optional site permission in your browser's extension settings, sign out from the side panel, or uninstall the Extension at any time. Uninstalling removes the data the Extension stored on your device.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can make a request at the email above, or through an authorized agent.
11. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that keep each workspace's data separate, invite-only access, hashed agent tokens, restricted database access, and spending limits that stop runaway automated work. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
12. Children
The Service is a professional tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party sites and services
The Service displays and links to third-party content, such as Meta's Ad Library, advertisers' landing pages and video players. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email before they take effect.
